I am told I dont need a "real" business license, but no one has actually given me a 100% straight answer. I am told I need a "fictitious business license" ...I live in the state of california btw. I've tried to contact several IRS and BBB but no one really has a clear answer for what I need on the BUSINESS end of things. Also, I hear paying taxes quarterly is something I am supposed to do but again, how and what form?? Could an actual cheer coach who has their OWN teams and runs everything give me some answers pleeaasseee!
