My car has been squeaking for at least 2 months now. Its getting obnoxious. I asked my dad to grease everything under there and he said there wasn't anything to grease. It has been coming from the drivers side. So, I had the driver side strut replaced(all i could afford) and the wheel bearing(different problem). anyhoo, the squeaking quit for about a week until I accidently hit a pothole.
While parked, I had someone press the driver side front end down and it didn't squeak, but when he pressed the passengers side down, the drivers side started making noises. It also squeaks when I let off brakes, drive anywhere bumpy or not, and when I move steering wheel back and forth while parked.
Help. I'm about to roll it off a bridge. hehehe.
It is an 87 Civic Si. 234,000 miles. 1.5L FI. and its manual.
