Im so sick of...

I agree with these guys. Well, all of you really. We all knew what we were getting in to when we bought our bikes. I like to think that people who just talk crap about Ducatis are just jealous. Jealous they can't afford one, jealous they can't afford the maintenance, jealous they don't have the bike everyone drools over when they are out. Some of us just like the finer things in life and actually have the gusto to actually go get them!
 
Some people dont get it. You buy a Ducati and you buy passion and character, not some sterile piece of machinery. I've only had my Sports Classic S for 6 months and it has never missed a beat and I've never looked back. Don't give a shit about about other's comments as I too heard the same. All I know is that when we go riding, most ask questions about the Ducati, not the other Jap stuff! Love that bike
 
I suffer from brand loyalty ..... to Ducatis!!!

I've had my 1098 from 2007 - got 15k miles on her, use her for commuting and hitting the 3-figure speeds on motorways, etc .... she's never let me down. Every morning I start her up ... and she starts. Even in our colder UK winter weather.

I keep her well serviced (and no, it doesn't cost me a fortune - typically
