I got into Advanced dance Rep. through an audition for the school I'm going to for high school. The dance teacher told me that I should try out for the dance team (Which is so good they got to perform at Orange Bowl!), but I'm having doubts on my skills in dance.

I've been a dancer (Tap, Ballet, Jazz, and Pointe just recently) for twelve years now. But I feel like I still wouldn't be good enough.

Well, I've got a month and a half to improve my splits (I'm about 1 inch off the ground for the sides, but about 4 for the middle) and my fouettes and pirouetts (I can only do three fouettes without falling over and hurting myself) and I think I need more flexibility and control. How can I work hard to get there before school in September? (will eating a healthy diet help??) And how can I improve on my head spotting during turns to make them last longer?
The audition was really simple (Just a couple of chaine-turns and a pirouette)

How can I improve my leaps too?
