the fastest? I'm reallllll skinny obviously. And like I stated, VERY weak. I'm an athelete, and it's gotten to the point where I can't get by on technique alone. I'm just starting to work out and I'm wondering the best way to bench to gain chest/shoulder mass. Like incline bench, closegrip, widegrip, DUMBELL press?? And as I stated, I want to build more mass HIGHER up on my chest/shoulder area. Any workouts for there?!? Like... Collarbone area? Or is that just a lack of body fat issue? And I'm gunna be honest right now, the most I can bench is 15 on each side (that's 75 lb
