N Nathan New member Dec 15, 2010 #1 My lungs hurt like hell and I have a cough and a runny nose. My chest is all kind of phlegmy. This has been going on for two days now. I'm 26 and also a heavy smoker usually so dunno if that plays into this. How do I get better?
