I'm setting up my Sony Speaker Dock for IPod and iPhone XDR-DS12ip and it says "Is it DST now"? Yes or No?

I turned it on at the wall without realising there was insulation film at the bottom of the system and it came up with the above, so I turned it off, removed the film and then switched it back on again and it came up with the above. What do I say? Genuine answers please. What is DST? Thanks
