I'm searching for a product It can be connected to TV?

I saw Western Digital Media player but in that we have to connect an external hdd to that,but i have a dvd player in my home that can connect pen drive to that,so i need a product which can store moves in that{consist of a hard drive in that}then it can connect directly to televison's audio video port like dvd or vcd player,my dvd player can't support all formats so i wil convert and put in my pen drive,so it's difficult,so if there is a product like this i mentioned,i can simply copy and paste from my pc to thie device and connect to my televison so please say the device name so that i can buy it please specify
