Im scared to go to the gym. im scared poeple will stare at me. help?

im scared to go to the gym. Im 13 and i dont really see other kids my age racing to go to the gym cause most of them are skinny. Whenever i go i see some adult there and i scared that there looking at me say " hahaha look at the fat girl trying to loss weight" It terrifies me! I wanna go to the gym and be healthy but i scrared of people looking at me. Any tips?
