I'm a sophomore in high school. I used to go to the gym in middle school, but I haven't since. I know I need to work out to be healthy (I'm average weight though). I wanna go with my mom. But I'm scared to see someone I know. It would be worse if they were in my class too! It would be very awkward... how should I overcome this?
