umm so yesterday i got a medium-sized red bump on the upper/middle of my lip, the closet i could tell you it looks like is a cold sore(could it be that? i dont know anything.) so i left it alone for the most part, now today it seems to have gotten bigger and has a white splotch on the top. it dooes not hurt or irritate me in anyway except that its on my lip haha. any ideas? (oh please)

Just a guess, but it may be both a zit and a cold sore--just give it a couple more days--there's some of that canker sore stuff that you can buy over the counter like Abreva and several others--I'd just dab some of that on it for now and play the blasted waiting game--do you have a cold or the flu?
