To sum it all up, my room's general appearance is ugly. My walls are torn in some places and that is the first problem I am going to fix. My dad put wallpaper up on my two walls to cover the tears but I want to pull them down and paint over them in white instead so I can put decorations on it. I am not hiring a professional to paint seeming as I'm on a budget.
