I'm really sore, and want to ride a bike, what should I do?

I don't have any food at my house, so I want to ride my bike 2 miles to get to a store, but I am sooo sore. 2 days ago I did an intense work out that involved about 1/4 of a mile of lunges, some timed running (after the lunges :P) and some bear crawls and up and downs. My butt and thighs hurt so bad, and I can barely lean over. How do I work the soreness out?
