I don't have a photo of me and him. and I don't want to draw him cause I don't have a picture of him either.
He likes star trek.

I think I'm gonna try to draw him in a star track suit in a ship! What do you think?
 
You could make him a birthday card. Just a suggestion. You should definitely put any of his interests in it. If he likes to take hikes draw some nature, if he's a mechanic draw a car, if he's an American Idol fan draw his fave contestant. The possibilities are endless!

a weird item like a gumball or shoes that he got you when you were seven, some trinket that is weird ,random and only he would get it. I painted my mom a pretty song lyric with a cartoon me handing her flowers with a flower border.
 
Someone's conceded. Just joking. How about you take a photo of you and him and draw it.
 
I would suggest somethimg that he really enjoys. Such as one of of favorite sports or hobbies.
 
You could draw him, or if he had any hobbies (golf, football, photography etc) you could paint something on those subjects.
