im pregnant and really sick...?

okay im 20 weeks pregnant and i have a horrible cough and from my chest up is so sore, ive been to the doctors once and the er once in the past 2 weeks and it only seems to be getting worse, ive been taking a nebulizer and an inhaler but its not helping anymore, should i go to the doctors again? or just suck it up? im worried for me and my child, because i haven't been feeling him/her kick or anything for the past day... help please
