Im pregnant, 10 weeks LMP and im having these long lasting sharp pains in what it seems like my belly button, could this be a miscarriage??

that's usually caused by your uterus growing, stretching the muscles in your stomach.
if you're that concered, make an appointment with your doctor, it'll help reassure you everythings fine.
