I'm playing Toca Race Driver and when I go and try to save a game it says 'Save Failed'?

My computer is the correct spec and has plenty of memory?
Also this is the first TOCA Race Driver where you play as driver Ryan Mckane so it is an old game.
PLEASE HELP.
