beyond Calculus 3. Books? I would like a variety of books covering various common topics that will be studied as an undergrad. Beginning in discrete and going to abstract algebra, combinatorics, and things like that. What would you suggest are good text books for those subjects? I've looked at the Dover Books publications, but I'm unsure on their Advanced Calculus books. What do you think? I mean it doesn't have to be greatly current because I will study the subject in a classroom setting eventually. But I would like a range of books ranging from discrete to book that lead me to proofs....of course I need intermediate books that help with proof as well.
Currently, I am reading Mathematical Proofs 2nd ed. "A transition to advanced mathematics" by Gary Chartrand and others. It has been incredibly helpful and I want other helpful books. Thanks!
Also, do you think the Dover publications would suffice?
