I'm planning on purchasing a Blackberry Tour 9630, but I'm with Rogers.?

The phone is made exclusively for Telus and Bell, which do not carry SIM cards, and I don't think they even have slots for SIM cards. I was wondering if I could somehow get a Telus or Bell phone unlocked so that I can put my Rogers SIM in there.
