Im Planning a long bike trip, need help.?

I practise kick boxing and fight at 150 lbs. I'm about to bike down to Colombus from cleveland to visit some friends of mine (bicycle not motorcycle). I plan to make it a three day trip (the total is about 140 miles), so I'll be averaging 50 miles a day.

Now here's my question: I don't want to lose any muscle mass on the bike trip because when i come back I want ot go straight back to training, so how much should I eat on this trip (Calary wise), and when would be the best times to stop and eat?
