...to tell my p.o.? I'm on probation for a d.u.i. I recieved a summons to appear in court because they did not recieve a form stating i had completed a class that i had previously done, it had been sent to the wrong county. I had gotten it resolved and they recieved the form showing my completion. The case has been dismissed and i dont need to appear. So do i need to tell my p.o. that i had recieved the summons even though it is resolved?
