im on pain meds and im always getting sick and constipated what should i do?

im on pain meds for chronic pain and latelly ive been getting really nauseas and
alot of pain in the middle of my tummy and im not wanting to eat cuz i feel sick every time also i was constipated for a long time and now i just barelly go. im really sick and scared the doctors dont know whats wrong
