I'm on federal probation and I just flunked a drug test.How can I wiggle my way out...

...of going to jail? This is the last chance I have.My probation officer told me that if I flunk another drug test he is going to send me back in front of the judge.I know its something I can say to him to convince him to give me another chance but I dont know what.PLEASE HELP!!
