Alright so here are the details for my diet
Diet:
No red meat
Eat less fast food
No soda
Nothing with a lot of calories
(Im still new to diets so this is all I have. Leave suggestions!)
Exercise:
Which is better?
a) Running one mile each day on level 9 (on treadmill)
b) Walking at 4.5 level until I finish watching an average length movie
I'm trying to add in some push ups and sit ups to reduce stomach and chest fat
Is this a good plan to get me in shape before august? If I do it everyday that is.
I weigh 170 pounds and I am 15. About to be 16.
