...eating? (10 points)? Im trying to lose 20lbs about in two months. I bike to and from work everyday which is a total of about 10 miles. I was wondering what my calorie intake should be to make my goal work. At first i had it at 1,400 but i found i was really really hungry and needed more. Im just wondering what a good amount is. Also what sorts of food should i stray away from and what foods should i try and have a lot of?

If your under 18yrs old, you can get away with only eating 1,000-1,500 calories a day.
And if your still hungry, drink some water, and if your still hungry, then eat.
Cut out all junk food.

Things to cut out of your diet:
*Sugar.
*Salt.
*Potatos.
*Bread.

And there are many other things to cut out too.
