a rich county..right? I'm 17 Ive had my licenses for over a month. since august 4th 20 days before my bday. I'm a pretty good driver, at least that's what i think. Im definitely better then some of the kids at my high school. Who drive their parents car or have their own already. I actually have never driven by myself yet, which is ridiculous. Most teens, the day they get their licenses, go for a joy ride the next day. While over a month later im still waiting for my joy ride.im getting off topic.

Basically, my mom is physically unable to drive. So my family and I only have a black 05 Pacifica.Ive been trying to get a job(stupid economy!), but unfortunately i haven't got hired yet. My dad drives to work everyday with the car. And so he drops me off at school. I take the bus home. I hate it. I want to go off campus and get something to eat during lunch(only seniors can go off campus during lunch, but my junior class goes off campus anyway with their own car or parents car). I have a girlfriend and i want to drive her to places, along with driving my friends and myself. Its so unfair.
Since my sister is in college and has her own car, we cant afford to get my own car. But there's a lot of kids younger then me in my 2012 class with a car already(parent or their own). I'm from Arlington Va...so of course kids are spoiled here. what teen in Arlington doesn't have a mac laptop?oh yeah me.....I hate it! i MIGHT get a car next year. but that's a maybe at best.
I have tried for a job. ive applied to 5 places. but my parents dont want me to have a job during the school year, its too distracting.
