Lets see, im 17 years old and since i have been young thinking about the past or the future has gave me a.......overwhelming feeling in my chest and it gives me shivers and makes my eyes tear up. More recently though the past has been more overwhelming, when i hear a song or someone says a phrase my stomach churns. I also feel trapped when im alone,but when im with to many people feel like i dont belong in the situation. Also it may not be relivent but my hanRAB seem to always be sweaty even when im cold. i dont kno whats going on but i feel like im going insane and dont know what to do.
