I am in my early 20s and am slightly heavier than most. I have worked a desk job for the past few years and have decided to go back to school to become a professional chef. Anyways some aches and pains are of course going to occur (being a heavier person on feet 8-10 hours a day).
The past week or so of classes it seems when I stand still I start to feel an ache in my leg that I can only describe as a dull pain. It feels like I am bleeding or water is running down my leg (which is never the cast I have checked and the skin looks fine). It goes from the feeling of water and a dull pain to a sharp nagging pain before just completely disappearing without warning.
I would normally go see my family doctor but hes on vacation and there's 2 weeks wait for the other offices. Just wondering what I should do if anything to help prevent this from happening until I can get back in.
