I went to a trade school and graduated as a certified dental assistant. I've realized that it is very hard to get a job in this field. So I've gotten a little discouraged and frustrated with hearing "no." Or not getting a callback at all. Or simply being ignored. I think I am a tastefully dressed, well presented, intelligent, and very educated in my field. I don't know what to do anymore. I easily land volunteer jobs but end up working with them for several months before even being offered a position. They give me a pat on the back instead. There have been times where actual dentists asked for my advice and commended me on how knowledgeable I was. I'm just lost...Help me.
I'm not sure what I want to be in life...college for General Studies a good choice?
