I'm not currently enrolled in any school... can we get a court order for

the school to make an exception? I have several reasons I cannot go the school in my district and the school I went to this past year is private, but we cannot afford to send me there anymore. I wanted to go to the school a town over (A little over 12 miles from where we live) but obviously it is WAY past open enrollment. The problem is i fear all the emotional strife I will endure by going to that school (The last time i was there I left by trying to kill myself) and my guardian is trying to force me to go there but i refuse. As I said, I'm not enrolled to go anywhere right now. We live in WI and there is no other school for me to attend living where I do so I have no clue what we're supposed to do... I was wondering, (Since I'll have to go to court anyway) and since she won't sign the papers to let me quit school (I just finished my softmore year) and she also REFUSES to homeschool me if we get them to allow me into their school. Like I said it's against the law for me not to go to school here and eventually the truant days will keep adding up until something happens... I also might have to move out if we can't figure out what to do. This terrifys me. I don't think I should have to go to foster care just because we can't find me a school to go to! Surely there must be something, something that we don't know about.... does anyone have any ideas? ;~;
