Im new to watching Degrassi and i was wondering, Does EVERYONE know Adam is a girl?

Im watching a Degrassi episode and they are saying everyone found out. But i onl saw part 2. But i thought Fiona and everyone else except his brother, Eli, and Clare didnt know.... ?
