I'm moving to Russia in January for 6 months, can I cancel my cell phone services for the 6 months and be able to restart it when I get back? And do I just have to call my service provider or what? I have a 3 year contract I think and my dad's name is on the bills, does he have to cancel it or can I? Thanks!
