alright so i was anorexic at 100 lbs and then i started binge eating and since yesterday i am trying to stop. ive gained like prolly 5 lbs but it goes to my tummy and thighs. I got an apartment in town and im getting a bike to ride around everywhere. im trying to change my eating habits but i still like some junk(kashi crackers, Baby cookies the beechnut kind, there only 30 cals a cookies, ect) i try to eat healthy and pick better options. i want to look good and not have a huge belly so im going to get a bike for exercise. im 18 yrs old 5 ft 2 in female. my foods i eat consist of:
meat(chicken)
milk(low fat)
yogurts
fruits(cherries, apples, bananas, peaches, ect i love all fruits!)
veggies(broccoli, carrots, celery, potatoes, ect)
cereals(cheerios, kashi, plain shredded wheat)
oatmeal
soups
whole wheat products(bagels, bread, ect)
nuts(almonds, cashews ect)
low fat cheeses
i dont eat red meat
i do eat candy but i would like to limit myself
i eat peanut butter but only natural kind with either just peanuts or peanuts and salt
theres more but basiclly that tells you what i like to eat, and yes i do like other foods to like pizza, or something. I DO NOT eat at mcdonalds, burgerking, KFC, like that. i do like a slice of pizza or something like that or cake. like at a b day party or if i decide to go out and get food with my bf. i dont drink soda. Do you think getting a bike and walking around town would help me stay fit!? i dont want to gain abunch of weight when i move out! i like to cook my own meals to...
