I'm moving into a new home that has no Cable hookups and I'm debating on Cable or Dish.?

Does any satellite dish company offer a good internet service?
I have no ideas!!!!!
I understand that the dish is more expensive in some ways; however, I want to know if the cable company (TIME WARNER) willl charge me to get those hookups for me.
What do you suggest guys???
