I'm moving back for the summer and I'm debating whether to tell my parents I smoke?

You see I picked up the smoking habit and am moving back home for the summer from college. I mean I like smoking, its not like I picked up the habit when i didnt want to. But this weekend we had a family gathering and I was suprised to see one of my cousins had started smoking! Were the same and she's in college too and I asked her how she told my aunt and she said she just told her and also she understands its a bad habit and knows that she cant smoke in the house. She said she was fine with it. My mom and aunt are pretty much the same person, so im thinking about telling her. Has anyone else had this type of situation?
