I'm loosing power to speedometer & indicators on my 2002 harley davidson flstc/i?

when I turn my key switch on all lights and indicators working, then all power to my speedometer and blinker are no stop working, my head lamp and tail light & gas light are still working...
 
My 2002 FLHTCI did the same thing.It was a bad main circuit breaker.I believe there was even a recall or a service bulletin for that problem.
