im looking to start a business possibly street food any ideas?

I want to start up my own business and am kinda stuck on ideas so any easy to start small business ideas are great

however i mostly want to know what would be the best street food to sell? we have places where there is a market for it but i don't want to do something as common as hot-dogs i was thinking more like kabobs?

any ideas for either a small business or food ideas would be great.
