drive on the streats? Im looking to by a motor kit for my chooper bike, i live in missouri, its legal to drive on the streats?
i am 16, i have my licens and motor cycle and boat endorsements. im wanting it for the near future to ride around my small town on. in the college i plan to attend i will probyl use my freshman year b/c freshies arnt alowed to have cars and idk if that includes motorcycles (i plan to get one). is this legal to drive on the streets in MO, if now what would i have to do to make it and im looking at geting this kit

also if u know a good website that has a mini-ape style bike handel bars for sale i would appriciate it, the bars on the bike i have now are to small and hit my knees
