i want to buy an island s'where in the north sea,preferrably about the size of monaco or mt st michel (normandy) the price doesn't matter,but i really want an island with an alpine climate:conifereous trees and stuff.also, i want an island that has a substantial amount of snow at the end of the year.for sale or for rent anything...
