im looking to buy a used $2000 rebuilt honda civic.. need help?

a dealership is selling a 1998 honda civic ( rebuilt )

. I called the guy he says it runs great 329 000 km and is in mint condition it passed the inspection(air cared). You think its worth $2000 to buy or is it a piece of junk like most rebuilt cars..
