im looking into buying a 1968 ford mustang.?

the car is three thousand dollars, white, really pretty.
she says it runs good but the description says the car needs
restoration.
i dont know what that means. can you help me out,
im only 16 and im trying to learn as much as i can about the car.
 
restoration......... it mean the car is not in like new condition... many people that buy these old muscle cars re do them to make them look new again....
 
The only one who can tell you what "needs restoration" means is the seller.

That could cover a variety of conditions from ripped up upholstery to rusted-out floorboards to "accident repaired with bondo." Give her a call and ask what she means.

But better yet, don't. Get a used Honda Accord instead.
