I'm looking for someone or a company that makes dolls from a photo.?

My father recently passed away and I want to make a doll of him for my son. He is 16 months but still looks at his paw paws pictures and says his name, I don't want him to forget him.
I have seen them for the Military but I don't want one with him is Army gear. Please help me. Thanks!!!
 
Not to be funny but the only one I know that does that is Bobble heads

They can replicate the picture you send them.
