I am 15 years old, and I'm not overweight or anything, but I do have a little bit of a belly pudge/muffin top. I've tried sticking to magazine toning circuits (Seventeen, Girls Life, Self) but I can never make myself do it for more than a couple of weeks! I get so frustrated with myself! With swim suit season coming up I want to slim down a little, but I need a doable plan to do so. Does anyone have any suggestions on core toning excercises/circuits? Preferably ones that have worked for you. Also, any suggestions on how to stick to an exercise plan and avoid succumbing to food cravings would be appreciated, too. Thanks!
