I'm looking for Law and Order CI year 4 to purchase but can't find it anywhere!!

Help!!!!? I usually purchase my law and order DVD's from amazon.com but year 4 isn't available yet and I put myself on the waiting list. I've checked lots of other stores on line. Does anybody own it, and if so, where did you get it? I need it for Christmas!!!
