Im looking for Chopper Bicycle?

Is there a place that sells copper bicycles that doesnt charge an arm and a leg? I checked wal-mart which at one time did sell, but they don't now.Most places on web seem to be custom built that are costly, just hopeing for cheaper " if possible ".
