It is about a young racer looking for the Iceman the fastest racer in the town. he is the sheriff of the town. The young racer has a skeleton on the dash with blinking red lights. He kidnaps the sheriffs daughter so he will race him. the dad pulls a 55 chevy out of a barn and the kid is driving a dodge charger. the kid hits a dozer at the end of the movie and kills him....... ive been trying to find this movie for almost 2 years and cant i really need help...thanks
