I target practice in my backyard with bow out to 50 yards and I'm currently using a 3D small buck as a target and at 45-50 yards sometimes I might shoot a little high or low when fine tuning my bow and using heavier arrows and broadheads. I use to have two pieces of compressed ply wood nailed together to cover up where I might miss and it served well for stopping arrows but I couldnt get the arrows out. So now I'm using concrete squares but when it hits them it messes up the fletching and field tip. I'm looking for an alternative to these and if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.
