remember the name or the author? I remember that the poem was by a man. It detailed a man telling us how if his love didn't love him he would branch off and find someone new. A specific part I remember was when he said his roots would leave her land and go find someone new. However, after he wrote that, he then wrote a new verse saying that if the woman still loved him, his love would grow and he would pursue her. He then continued to write about how his love for her would grow. Can anyone help me find this poem?
