I sang this for my church's Christmas service a few years ago and can no longer find the sheet music. I can't remember the name of the composer/arranger, though I do know it's not the Ralph Vaughn Williams version, or the Bach, Vivaldi, or Hayes arrangement.
The only lyrics I can remember are from the first few lines and are as follows:
"My soul magnifies the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.
He has regarded me, and humbly his servant I will be.
All generations, henceforth, will(shall?) call me blessed,
For He has done great things for me, and Holy is His name.
His mercy, everlasting, is with all those who fear him...."
And that's as far as I get.
Does anyone know this particular version, or the name of its composer?
