I'm 6'2" and don't know much about bikes. I don't want to spent a whole lot so I was wondering if this was a good deal?

On its face, looks like pretty decent deal. It's definitely a tall man's bike.

As an added precaution, recommend you go to a local bicycle shop where they know a thing or two about fitting bicycles. It's best if you could find the exact same bike or at least the same manufacturer (Fuji) and their same size bike.

Knowledgeable techs will teach you about the ideal posture and body position then point you to your ideal bicycle size.

Most will even let you take their demo bikes out for a spin.

While there are several points on a bike where you could make adjustments, those can only go so far. Note that there's nothing adjustable on the frame itself. Note as well that while handlebars may be adjusted up or down (and replacement size handlebar clamps can be purchased), there's nothing adjustable about handlebar width. This affects your arm placement and ultimately your lungs, and consequently, your breathing.

Good Luck.

You better have a 39 inch inseam to ride that thing. That is one very large bike. I would go to the local bike shop and get fitted.
